For the Pedrini PPL 3000 line of kitchen utensils, which was also distributed in the large-scale retail trade, we started from imagining, as usually happens in these cases, that these utensils were ideal extensions of our hands to have maximum functionality in use. Therefore the study of the grip of the handle was such as to give maximum prehensility to the user who interfaces for use in the kitchen, in the broadest sense of the cooking, which requires a strong ergonomics and ease of use.
